Orders received before noon are delivered by 5 PM and by 13H the next weekday if requested between 12:01h and 15:30H.
Next day before noon in frequented areas. Next day before 5PM in other zones. Cut off times vary depending on city, please consult with our Customer Service representatives. One hour and a half lead time is required for pickup. Delivery is also available before 8AM, 9AM or 10:30AM.

Additional Services
Too busy to put an address label on every package? We will gladly do it for you for a minimal fee.
If no one is available to receive your package and you requested a CALL BACK, you may conveniently redirect the delivery to a second address.
We offer insurance on shipments valued at under $10,000.
Tailgate trucks are available upon request.
We offer COD delivery and pickup service.
Offered for those requiring pickup in less than the stipulated delay.
If your package is not ready when our driver arrives, we will gladly wait for up to 5 minutes at no extra charge. If you wish our driver to wait longer, a per minute fee will apply.
For deliveries requiring time restrictions but not qualifying as appointment calls.
Off-hour delivery is offered after 6pm and before 8am, during the week, on weekends and on holidays.
We offer special delivery services outside stipulated delivery areas. Please allow extra time for these trips. Time is calculated at one hour plus 1.5% of distance to be travelled. Example: if distance is 200 km: 200 x 0.015 = 3 + 1 = 4 hours.
This service allows you to send skids to any location without a loading dock. Skids will be manually unloaded box by box.
All base rates include five pounds at no additional charge and truck calls include a skid of 500 pounds.
We will gladly make a delivery at a specific time on appointment during regular working hours.
If you wish to be notified when no one is available to receive your package, simply chose this option. A Zoom representative will call you regarding your additional instructions. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on your instructions.
This option authorizes Zoom to leave the package at the door without obtaining a signature. If this option is not requested, the package will be returned to the sender. (additional charges apply).
